28 Newly promoted PNCOs 1 PSUPT takes oath

Police Chief Inspector Eduardo M, Testibia and Investigation officer Police Senior Inspector Bonifacio Ricafort who don the new badges to the newly promoted police officers. Invited too to witness the oath taking were DYSM broad casters Mr. Virgilio Besarino and Ms. Jayne G. Bantayan.

Promoted were: Senior Police Officer 3 (SPO3) Romeo M. Cometa of Allen PS to Senior Police Officer 4; Police Officer 3s (P03s) Rodolfo E. Anaviso, Jr of Rosario PS, Rustico C. Saluib of Lavezares PS, Reno Q. Baldelobar of Palapag PS to Senior Police Officer 1 (SP01); Police Officer 2s (P02) Ernesto B. Quilicol of Lapinig PS, Beverly Ann B. Barredo of Gamay PS, Ricardo H. Tenedero of Catubig PS, Oliver DC Velasco of San Roque PS, Reynaldo A. Querobines, Jr of Lavezares PS, Jim Erlee F. Custorio of Catarman PS, Wilmer C. Meanwhile, also promoted is Police Chief Inspector (PCI) Jesus Sula Miranda, Admn officer, to the rank of Police Superintendent (PSUPT). PSUPT Miranda, said PD Tonog will assume the position of deputy provincial director for operation when he reports from the Police Regional Office 8 in Camp Kangleon, Palo, Leyte where he was sworn in by regional director Police Chief Superintendent Elmer Ragadio Soria, Tuesday.

In his inspirational message PD Tonog encouraged the newly promoted Police Non-commissioned Officers to rise from their chambers to rededicate honor and service to protect in the Philippine National Police having earned new ranks for the service of humanity, country and people – the pride of the community. The gradual accumulations of lines and forms; shapes and arcs beside their shoulders tell of the streaks from the heavenly stars flickering lights from above on earth worn with pride divining man’s destiny to command, rule and control for the peace and order to be in place for the safety of rights of persons, institutes, properties and enterprise of men. And congratulated them warmly to rejoice and be glad having achieved forward their well earned badge.
